Merging Units

CEMAT actively promotes multidisciplinary research involving its members along with scientists of different areas, including engineers, biologists, medical doctors, and economists. Morever, CEMAT is actively involved in cooperation with the Industry. The specificity of CEMAT is that is concentrates the bulk of its research activities in computational and stochastic mathematics, with strong emphasis in mathematical modeling and numerical simulation in Biomedicine.
